5 years after our first collaboration with Le Choeur Vent D’Est to mark the centenary of “The Peace of November 1918”, we again were hosted on the banks of the river Marne.

The two choirs were joined by an exciting band called the Bry Harmony Orchestra in a programme entirely of 20th century American music including Gershwin, Bernstein, Louis Armstrong and a Hans Zimmer film score that we learnt on arrival.

The 500 seat Centre des Bords de Marne was sold out for two consecutive nights and we also gave an informal soirée concert to entertain our hosts.
